If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, please reach us via email as soon as possible using info@susanateixeira.pt. Our clients satisfaction is mandatory to us, so if for any reason you wish to return or exchange your purchase, we refund items that are sent back to us within 15 days after delivery.


Please ensure to return items in new and unused condition, accommodated on the original packaging and intact labelling.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return of the items. We advise our customers to ship any returns via registered post so it can be easily tracked. We do not take responsibility for the loss of returned items.

Once we have received your returned goods and verified that all items are in a new and unused condition, we will process your refund or exchange request as quickly as possible.
