These conditions refer exclusively to physical persons who are not traders. The parties agree that their relations will be governed exclusively by the general conditions described herein.

These Terms & Conditions aim to define the general conditions of sale, established between Susana Teixeira Jewelry and the User, from the act of ordering to the various services provided by Susana Teixeira Jewelry, such as the payment methods and the delivery terms of the goods.

These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to place the order and guarantee the follow-up of this transaction between the contracting parties.

The placing of an order by the User is equivalent to full and unconditional acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale, as well as the conditions of use that will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.

Order

The User can place his order online, on the website www.susanateixeira.pt 

To finalize your order, the User must identify himself, indicating his name, email, delivery and billing address, telephone number.

At the time of formalizing the order, and once accepted, it is understood that the user assumes and accepts the general conditions of sale, prices and description of the items contemplated in this transaction. These general conditions of sale will be the only ones applicable between the two parties.

You will receive an order confirmation email.

Stock

Susana Teixeira Jewelry values that all jewelry presented in the online store is available to be dispatched within 3-5 working days.

If the item you are ordering is not in stock and there is a delay in production after placing your order, you will immediately receive a notice from us stating the delay and presenting a new delivery date. We will always be available to resolve any issue and streamline the entire ordering process.

Shipment

The order will be dispatched to the delivery address provided by the User during the ordering process. All shipments, national and international, will be made via UPS or DHL - under the registered order model. The registered order has an associated registration number and can be followed on the website of the courier.

Registered mail is not insured mail. If you intend to take out insurance, it must be communicated through the email info@susanateixeira.pt. The extra value of this insurance will be borne by the user and will be indicated by Susana Teixeira Jewelry, after consulting the existing possibilities.

Together with the merchandise, follow the document containing the data to identify the user, the order, the price and the items it contains.

Please note that International orders for countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs taxes or import duties when entering the country of destination. We have no knowledge or responsibility for the amount of these fees, as they differ from country to country. In that situation, you should contact the authorities of your country for more information.

Prices and Payment Methods

The prices shown in the online store susanateixeira.pt must be understood in Euros, and are VAT included.

Susana Teixeira Jewelry reserves the right at any time to change the price of items or services and conditions of its online store without prior notice.

If there is a change in the price lists of items for sale, this situation will require an update of the advertised prices. If this situation occurs with any item in an order, and if it implies a price increase, the User will be informed immediately, and can then choose to keep his order, making the payment of the difference, or to proceed with its cancellation.

In payments without the possibility of immediate verification, in the case of bank transfers, there is a maximum period of 5 days for payment to be received. After this period, Susana Teixeira Jewelry reserves the right to consider the order canceled.

Warranty

According to the law, all articles are guaranteed for 2 years, from the date the purchase invoice is issued.

However, Susana Teixeira Jewelry excludes any liability for damage to articles derived from lack of precaution and for inappropriate and neglected use.

The articles available at susanateixeira.pt are produced individually and manually through handcrafted jewelry processes. With this, there may be slight variations between the items shown in the photos available on the website and those you receive after purchase.

In the case of out-of-warranty goods, the Client may still want to repair the asset, so the Client must communicate and send the defective asset to Susana Teixeira Jewelry. For that, you should send an email to info@susanateixeira.pt and expose the problem. After that, you will be guided in the direction that will be most beneficial to the customer. The repair will only begin after the Client expressly accepts the quote amount.

The client, in case of doubt about the authenticity of the brand, can use, for verification purposes, the services of Contrastaria.

Exchanges and Returns (Right of Free Resolution)

The exchange process must start within 15 working days after receiving the order.

It is possible to exchange the order, as long as it is in the state in which it was purchased and presenting the invoice and / or warranty certificate for the purchase.

We therefore recommend that if you wish to exchange it, keep the order in the packaging along with the document.

The exchange is only allowed for an item of equal or greater value, in the latter case of paying the remaining balance. If the exchange is due to a defect in the items or a mistake by Susana Teixeira Jewelry, we assumes the shipping costs associated with the return of the items.

If you intend to make an exchange you should send an email to info@susanateixeira.pt as soon as possible and communicate your wish, order number and reason for exchange.

We do not accept returns.

Specifics of Custom Items

Customized items at the Customer's request are excluded from withdrawal rights. They cannot be returned or exchanged.

When transmitting the personalization text to be placed in the customizable article to Susana Teixeira Jewelry, the Client undertakes to guarantee that the terms of the transmitted text are free of third party rights (intellectual property rights), so that Susana Teixeira Jewelry is totally exempt from any liability at this level.

In addition, the Client undertakes not to request personalization of the article using pornographic, pedophile, violent, obscene, defamatory or any other terms that violate the dignity of human life.

Susana Teixeira Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any request for customization contrary to this regulation.

In any case, any violation of the rights of third parties or of the aforementioned ethical provisions will be the sole responsibility of the customer; Susana Teixeira Jewelry undertakes no responsibility at this level.
